Quick Overview of Data Organization:

• Projects: The overarching research initiative, encompassing multiple investigations and studies.
• Investigations: High-level organizational unit within a project, encompassing studies that share common omics technologies.
• Studies: A focused research effort led by one or more SyNergy members, addressing a specific hypothesis or research question.
• Assays: Individual experiments/analyses that generate data or results within a study.
• Data Files/Samples: Links to external data repositories (for published studies) or sample metadata (for unpublished studies).
